At AAI, we are a group of dedicated people focused on building a flying training establishment which is second to none in the field. At the core of our solid foundation is a management team with a strong background in aviation and a long history of being the best flight instructors.
The team has an entrepreneurial spirit that is infused in AAI's daily operations - creating an environment dedicated to forming lasting relationships, supporting uncompromized training, and providing unsurpassed lasting value to the student. Working cohesively, the senior management team provides an outstanding example of “no compromise" on flight safety and the right learning environment for the students.
Keshev Narayan
Gp Capt KR Narayan is an accomplished IAF transport Pilot with over 6500 hrs of flying experience. He has been a pilot examiner, Commanding Officer, and an A2 Instructor. He headed all transport training at Yelahanka IAF. He was part of the recruitment and Pilot Training team of Air Deccan and has worked with CAE Macmet India in the design and development of the AN-32 flight simulator.
Kaushik Pathak
Gp Capt Kaushik Pathak (Retd) has served in the IAF for close to 30 years as a helicopter pilot. During his tenure in the IAF he has held various important positions and has gone through numerous situations that have left him with rich experience.
Operationally, he has held important positions of Flight Commander and Commanding Officer of helicopter units in IAF and abroad. He has flown over 8,500 hours in various types of helicopters including vast amount of flying as an elite A2 category instructor and as an Air Force Examiner. He has trained police pilots in Mauritius in diverse roles as required for policing and rescue work.
As Station Commander of an operational station, he has handled administrative work relating to more than a thousand people working under him.
B Srinivas
Sqn Ldr Bhamidipaty Srinivas has had the unique experience of being a pilot in two different arms of the Indian armed forces namely the Indian Coast Guard and Indian Air Force. He is a qualified flying instructor and instructed both in fixed and rotary wing aircraft. He has a passion for education and has taught leadership, personal growth, and marketing in leading MBA colleges of Bangalore. He is also a certified ISO internal auditor.
Rick Paniker
Rick Paniker is a New York Tech graduate. Besides being a part of AAI management, he is the current CEO of Stele Infotech, a US based IT firm. He comes with vast experience of heading/managing various organisations and was part of a team that successfully took various companies public during the dot com era.
Samuel Ang
Sam graduated from the University of Maryland. As part of the AAI executive team, he has over twenty years of experience in sales, marketing and business development. Sam is blessed with a highly creative mindset and a gift of building lasting business and personal relationships. A highly capable executive who makes things happen by motivation. He is married with four children and currently resides in Princeton, NJ, USA. He is passionate about Golf.
Anthony Jr.
Anthony is an entrepreneur in the field of information technology. He is passionate about flying and has over four thousand hours in both fixed wing and helicopters. He is an instructor and has flown over two thousand instructional hours. He is part of the AAI executive team and also has a strong passion for golf. |
