Kaushik Pathak (Academy Director)

Chief Ground Instructor. An Ex- IAF A2 QFI and pilot examiner, Pat has over 8500 hours of operational and instructional experience in India and abroad. An avid aviation enthusiast, he is passionate about teaching and aviation.Capt Josef R Montalan Asst Chief Flying Instructor Capt Josef has chosen to be a professional instructor because of his deep passion and for imparting the skills and knowledge of aviation to budding enthusiasts. Joe started exploring the blue yonder at an impressionable 17 and had his commercial license before he could cross his teens.

James Ang (Director)

Hardworking and passionate about growing AAIPI's business in the Philippines. He manages sales, marketing and non-flying operations for the organization while also handling government relationships.  His family is currently based in Pennington, New Jersey, USA.

Samuel Ang (President)

Manages the businesses of AAIPI and  has an Economics degree from the University of Maryland.  His family currently resides in Skillman, New Jersey, USA.
