What does it cost to attend the course at AAI?
Your cost is fixed. It must be remembered that at AAI, there are no hidden costs. You will find that AAI is by far, one of the most affordable academies for pilot education. On an average, flying training in the USA and other countries would cost upwards of Rs thirty five lakhs, if one takes into account the hidden cost of accommodation, food, medicals, insurance and additional courses. We provide these facilities as part of our package. Kindly see our differentiators on what is included in the fee structure and compare it with other schools/academies. Kindly contact admission staff for the cost.
Is financial aid available? Does one have to pay the fee upfront? What is the fee payment schedule?
Yes. AAI provides scholarships to children of airline employees and military personnel.
The fee is payable in three instalments. The first instalment of Rs 250,000/- is paid at the time of joining the ground school. The remaining amount can be paid in two equal instalments; one three weeks after commencement of ground training and the other two months after arrival at Philippines.
Will AAI reimburse fees if the student drops out or is found unable to cope up?
Funds spent on a student will be calculated at the time of withdrawal/drop-out and the unused portion would be reimbursed to the student, thirty days from date of termination. However, because of our stringent selection assessment process involving tests and Pilot Aptitude Tests; we are fairly confident that all our enrolled trainees will be able to successfully complete the training.
AAI, however, reserves the right to terminate any students on grounds of unsuitability or discipline. This considered decision will only be taken to ensure the safety and well being of the students.
Is medical insurance provided in Philippines?
Medical insurance is provided at Philippines and the cost is borne by AAI.

Do I have to pay extra if any additional corrective flying is provided to me?
The course caters to the complete requirements of a CPL in the package any flying over and above the syllabus will be due to students’ inability to cope or sickness. The course does not cater for such eventualities and the student would have to pay for additional flying time.
Is there a tie up with any bank?
Most banks presently offer loans for CPL courses. One of the leading banks in this area is State Bank of India for the Indian students. Other students form overseas can request for the documents as required by their bank and the same shall be provided by AAI officials of either India or Philippines.
