Aeronavigation Academy International Philippines Inc.(AAIPI) is based at New Bacolod-Silay airport. The academy complex is housed inside the airport General Aviation area. An aesthetically designed complex, the campus has adequate space for present training activities and future growth prospects. A wi-fi enabled spacious complex; it symbolises AAIPI's commitment to excellence and quality. It consists of:
- Hangar: For housing the Academy aircraft. This ergonomically designed two tier hangar has adequate storage to accommodate academy aircraft fleet, maintenance tools and equipment and spares besides housing the technical offices and other facilities like comfort rooms etc.
- Class rooms: The academy has modern air-conditioned classrooms equipped with state of the art training and projection devices for enhanced learning value. The class room projection device is capable of projecting power point presentations, videos accessed from the Academy server loaded with hundreds of hours of aviation videos and from internet utilising the wi-fi capability. Flight simulator can also be projected and used for collective procedure training.
- Offices: The administrative office is housed in the same compound, making for ease of administration and student comfort wherein their issues can be addressed effectively.
- Library: This is the pride of Academy and is easily the best aviation library in the country. Equipped with hundreds of aviation titles, the students have free access to the library resources. Well equipped and furnished library provides a suitable atmosphere and facilities for aviation enthusiasts. A place where one would like to spend the time between flights to enlighten oneself with aviation knowledge.

Audio-Video Labs: The academy has a bank of laptop computers that are connected to the server. The student can access the server for easy to comprehend self tutoring aviation videos. The lab also provides the student the ability to practice and perfect his radio transmissions using the available videos with interactive software. The academy also has a radio receiver that replays all calls on aviation frequencies at real time for the students to enhance radio skills by listening to calls of other aircraft.

Simulators: The academy has multitude of simulators for meeting all levels of experience.

The B-200 King Air Level 5/6 Flight Training Device: This highly capable simulator is meant to provide realistic training to pilots and the hours can be logged towards flying training. The simulator has realistic depth enabled terrain and environment projection through high resolution LCDs duplicating the cockpit view. The cockpit is an actual true to scale model of the King Air aircraft and has an instructor console for training and monitoring the trainee performance. The simulator is also used to conduct flying courses like Multi Crew Concept (MCC), Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Line Operators Flight training (LOFT).

Microsoft Flight Simulators: Two of these are PC based simulators are used as procedure trainers. The display is a large LCD screen for enhanced training value.
- Cafeteria: Some things are best experienced than explained. Academy cafeteria is one such prime example. It is place to sit, lounge dine and enjoy the glory of nature while being connected to the fascinating world of aviation through those large tinted glass windows. Food is just a part of academy dining experience. Well equipped and elegantly furnished cafeteria meets all gastronomically needs of the entire academy staff by providing an ambience and hygienic food in an environment that beckons one to spend more time. Fully air-conditioned, the cafeteria has inviting and stylist modern seating that lures you to spend some time in its beautiful ambience. The cafeteria has hot and cold water dispensers, beverage dispenser, coffee making facility, fridge and stylish crockery for meeting all gourmet needs. The students and faculty utilises the comfort o cafeteria for partaking the nutritious food served in hygienic and pleasant surroundings.
- Other facilities: The academy complex has other well maintained facilities like comfort rooms, personal lockers etc to meet ones creature comfort and needs.
- Security: The Academy campus is housed in high security airfield environment with well guarded access control. The academy also utilises the services of one of the biggest security agencies for round the clock security cover.
Silay was chosen for the flying facility due to the following:
- Salubrious weather through out the year ideally suited to aviation. Unlike other places in Philippines Negros is not affected by severe weather like typhoons, heavy rains and extended bad weather periods. Training flying can be planned round the year.
- Proximity to Bacolod, the city of smiles. It offers high quality of living at an affordable cost.
- A new airport with all modern navigational and approach aids.
- AAIPI is the only flying school operating out of Silay airport and therefore has ample training airspace and exclusive access to the modern airport for training flying.
