- We, the AAIPI faculty and staff, exist solely for and because of the student. We believe that the student’s educational needs and well-being take priority over everything else we do. We shall attend to their needs immediately, with courtesy and attention to detail.
- We, the AAIPI faculty and staff, believe we are role models for students. The students will constantly observe us and frequently try to emulate us. Therefore our conduct, courtesy, deportment, and demeanour will always be exemplary and above reproach.
- We, the AAIPI faculty and staff, will always exhibit the highest level of integrity in all our actions.
- We shall continually seek knowledge, graciously accepting what we don't know, researching, learning, and then teaching.
- At AAIPI all are created equal; therefore no favouritism is expected or accepted.
- At AAIPI we respect the rights and property of all individuals, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, physical disability, economic background, sexual orientation or religious belief. We believe in a community where all members are welcome and individuals or groups are free from harassment.
- Most importantly the students' interest, welfare, and safety come first, always and every time.
- When in doubt, remember we were all students once, maybe a long time ago.
