Admission Requirement for Natural born Filipinos

• High school graduate
• Age:-
  • For Private Pilot License (PPL) Course must be 16 years or more
  • For Commercial Pilot License(CPL) Course must be 18 years or more
• Parental consent for minors below 18 years of age
• Physically and mentally fit
• Able to speak, write and understand English

Other Requirements

• Birth certificate
• High school report card
• Four 1”x1” ID pictures in white shirt and white background
• Four 2”x2” ID pictures
• NBI clearance
• Application form Notarised
• SPL/PPL fee

Medical Requirements

• ECG
• Chest X-Ray
• Urinalysis
• Dental Exam
• Neuro exam
• EENT by CAAP authorized surgeon
