Accommodation and Dining Services
The Academy facilitates provisioning of suitable accommodation to the students based on the individual budgets. The students could either hire own accommodation or the Academy can provide accommodation at reasonable rates.
The students generally have one/two meals at the Academy on work days. The meals are catered and same are made available at reasonable costs to all students and staff. The academy is equipped with dispensers for mineral water and soda. Coffee and tea brewers are available in the school facility and hangar for staff and student use.
House Keeping
House keeping is handled by local staff and is provided on no cost basis. Over and above cleaning and setting the house in order, they will take care of laundry, shoes and also run minor errands for the students. The students are expected to treat the helpers with respect, kindness, and courtesy.
Students are to contact ‘Student Welfare Officer’ Ms Ronalee Ledesma for any assistance in this regard.
Damage to Property
Normal wear and tear to housing is expected and would be addressed immediately. Malicious damage caused by any student would result in disciplinary action and monetary charge to the student.
Transportation
AAIPI will provide transportation to school and back for the students.
Safety
Negros is a safe and secure province. People are extremely friendly and law abiding. Nevertheless, AAIPI pays special attention to the security and well being of its students. AAIPI’s goals are to actively engage students, parents, faculty, employees and the community to provide a safer environment and to treat every individual with respect, compassion and fairness. Rules and regulations are accordingly drawn out. We expect all students and faculty to take responsibility for their own safety and security. By taking this responsibility, the community environment as a whole is made safer.
Adherence to AAIPI safety and procedural manuals will be strictly enforced by our staff. During orientation, the students will be briefed in detail on the following:

Security
The Academy campus is housed in a high security airfield environment with well guarded access control. The Academy also utilises the services of one of the biggest security agencies for round the clock security cover.
Medical Services
AAIPI is accredited to Riverside Hospital in Bacolod. In addition there are good medical facilities and practitioners available in Silay. Students may approach Student Welfare Co-ordinator for any assistance. |
