Home > Why AAI
AAI is an institution with the infrastructure to give you/your wards the highest standards of training. We expect that after having gone through our differentiators you would have a fair idea of our facilities, infrastructure, human resources, and more importantly, our commitment to our students.
The following are the ground realities existing today:
- The pass percentage of students appearing for DGCA ground papers
is abjectly low.
- Most schools, both at home and abroad, do not address the ground training needs to clear the DGCA written exam. The students have to enrol in Private Coaching Centers, involving additional expenditure, waste of time and may reduce the number of exam appearances the student is left with, prior to losing currency in flying.
To alleviate the above and achieve good results, the AAI syllabus has been designed to address the needs of FAA, CAAP, JAA and DGCA requirements. We have increased the ground training syllabus substantially to include far more than the basic CPL requirement. Despite the enhanced syllabus, we aim to complete the training and ensure the students appear for their DGCA exams within 12 months of enrolment. To complete and be successful, the students would be put through high workloads both in ground subjects and flying. The course is tough and competitive. It is also fun for the fun loving, as aviation is both a hobby and a profession for the ones privileged enough to have the opportunity to reach for the sky.
