One feedback that AAI received from the airline industry is the lack of soft skills of inductees. Based on this, the academy has added all-round personality development to its curriculum. Towards this, attention will also be paid to following:
- Leadership: Capsule courses will be conducted to enhance individual’s leadership style, to enable students to succeed in their endeavours.
- Social and Dining Etiquette: We will train the students in social and dining etiquettes to enable them to confidently be part of the new profession.
- Preparation for Interview: All airlines select their aircrew after conducting personal interviews. We will provide the necessary exposure to enable our trainees to face this with confidence.
- Public Speaking: Public speaking will be an integral part of our training to develop the trainees’ communication skills.
Trainees will be given an exposure to all facets of aviation resulting in a well-informed aviator. The student will be shown, familiarised and apprenticed with the air traffic control, aircraft maintenance and aircraft despatch activities etc. |
