Supervision is an integral part of any training, to ensure that high professional standards are maintained by all. We ensure high standards of training by:
- Progress Checks: Trainees are subjected to regular progress checks by the supervisory staff to monitor their progress and to carry out any midstream alteration of flying syllabi for meeting individual requirement. Parents are kept informed on progress of students by the counsellors.
- Briefings: Pre-flight and post-flight briefing and debriefs are mandatory for all dual and solo sorties to assess the progress and apprise the trainees of their shortcomings.
- Flying Currency: Currency in flying is adhered to both by pupils and instructors.
- Discipline: Strict discipline enforced in the air and on ground.
- Safety: At AAI, flight safety is paramount. AAI has constituted a safety program to address flight safety consciousness, review and audits.
